About Internship:
Ministry of Human Resource Development (Government of India),Department of Higher Education has introduced an Internship Scheme, called MHRD Internship Scheme-2014″, for Indian Nationals pursuing Graduation/ Post Graduation/ Research Studies in a recognised Universities/ Institutions within India or abroad. The scheme is scheduled to commence from 15* October, 2014 and will be available for a period of one year.
Stipend: Rs 10000/-
Last Date: 31st August 2014
Duration: 2 Months
The applications are invited from interested and eligible students for batches HII [each batch two month duration] which are scheduled to commence from 01.10.2014, 01.12.2014, 01.02.2015 respectively in the prescribed Performa. The last date for receiving applications, duly complete in all respects, for Internship for aforesaid three batches will be 31.08.2014 (05.30 pm).
The interns would be expected to supplement the process of policy analysis within the Ministry through desirable empirical collection and collation of in-house and other information.
Note: It is neither a job nor any assurance for any job in Minisgy of HRD or any instituting/body under its control.
Eligibility Criteria:
- The applicant should be a citizen of India;
- She/ he should be pursuing Graduation/ Post Graduation/ Research in Education, Social Sciences, Science, Humanities, Management, Engineering, ICT, Law from any recognized University / Institution within India or abroad;
- Students pursuing three/ four year programme should have at least completed two years (four semesters) of course and those pursuing five year integrated programme should have completed three years (six semesters).
