About the Internship:

Development Of Android Based Application For Educating Rural Population And Evolution Of R&D And Learning Centres

The purpose is :-

1. Educating the villagers with information and knowledge

2. Empowering them to solve their own problems proactively, with use of what is accessible to them.

For this we have to create a knowledge management system which will preserve the knowledge of traditional practices by using new technology in scientific way.

No. of Internships available:  5

Stipend: Performance Based

Duration: 6 Months

Eligibility Criteria:

Who can apply:

  • Applicants currently pursuing or completed B.E / B.Tech /M.Tech in Computer Science / Information Technology.
  • Applicants are expected to be proficient in Andriod, JAVA, JSP AND SERVLETS.
  • Proficiency in Android and Java Developement is expected.
  • Applicant who can work full time should only apply.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.

Additional Information:

  • LOR (Letter of recommendation – both online ( for MS applications etc.) and offline can be provided from IITB Professor along with a certificate which will be STRICTLY PERFORMANCE BASED.
  • Certificate will be provided on IIT Dept letter head.
  • Shortlisted candidates (only those pusuing their degrees)MUST provide a Mentor from parent University who will be responsible for daily feedbacks on candidate’s performance.
