Role Overview
As an AI – Quality Engineer, you will participate in qualification and testing of AI-driven web and client-server applications. The role focuses on ensuring reliability, performance, and safety of applications using Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI.
You will work closely with product, development, testing, and project management teams to deliver high-quality AI-powered software solutions.
Eligibility & Qualifications
• Engineering degree with minimum 60% throughout academics
• 0–30 days notice period
• Basic experience or exposure to Python development
• Strong understanding of software testing concepts
• Fluent in written and spoken English

Key Responsibilities
• Design and implement tests for AI-powered applications
• Develop and maintain AI test automation frameworks
• Benchmark model behavior and evaluate hallucinations and bias
• Integrate testing agents into CI/CD pipelines
• Work with LLMs, RAG architectures, and evaluation frameworks
• Generate synthetic data using prompt engineering
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams
Skills Required
• Strong Python skills (mandatory)
