Job Description:
- Must have CCNA Certification. Skilled in working in sync with the set parameters & motivating the team members for achieving business and individual goals.
- Self-Motivated and coming up with new ideas to enhance teams performance.
- Creating, maintaining and following technical procedures and documentation.
- Working closely with external and other internal technical teams involved.
- Adhere to the MOPs shared and follow the procedures involved.
- Handle multiple applications or databases effectively to remove customer and asset records.
Job Role:
- Routing : RIP, OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, QOS, DcoS, MPLS
- Switching : STP, RSTP, VLAN, VTP, VPLS, LACP, PAGP
- Hands on experience on Cisco Router Series 7600, 7200, 3760 and 2960.
- Configuration and Troubleshooting of L2/L3 Switches, VLANs, Ether channel (LACP) and STConfigure the ports on the switches terminating at customer premises (Cisco IOS, CAT OS & ASR).
- Adhere to the MOPs shared and follow the procedures involved.
- Configuring routes and the routing interfaces dedicated to a customer, involving Cisco and Juniper routers.
