Here is a latest official update from eLitmus:

“As anticipated there were large number of openings which came up in June last week/ July first week. Unfortunately, 40% of positions could not be filled due to unavailability of sufficient number of quality candidates. Most of the companies have been kind enough for repeat drives unlike earlier years (they understand that elections delayed the academic schedule).

Candidates please note that you can apply to companies as soon as they have taken the pH Test even if the scores are not yet released. The scores will be shared with companies you have applied to instantaneously after their release.

Candidates, especially ones who took up test on 29th June & 6th July or are taking it on 13th/20th July are especially advised to apply immediately as we expect more jobs than supply of quality talent right till the end of July.

Also drives in Pune/ Delhi are expected to reduce by July last week. Hence all candidates with good scores are requested to make themselves available at short notice in Bangalore as we expect another large round of hiring in August first week.”
