- Hands on coding experience of Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, Concurrency, Transaction, Data Structures, Schemas, JMX, JUnit, Eclipse, Oracle, SQL (DDL, DML), XML
- Experience of second line support, problem solving and issue resolution
- Trading platform development experience preferable
- Performance and system tuning experience
- Strong problem-solving / analytical skills and a sense of personal responsibility
