Job Description :
- Purpose/Key Objectives of the Job
- Sales Trainee shall be responsible for managing the channel for his assigned territory and execution of regional and zonal initiatives to achieve the Value sales plan.
- S/He needs to work closely with the Influencers and drive strong demand generation efforts Deliver best in class customer service to the channel
- Responsible for achieving Value sales objectives by selling AN products to assigned customers within a geographical territory or market segments within the assigned Discount and OD norms.
- Ensures that the existing customer base is serviced on a regular basis and potential customers are identified and called on meet the OD , PPI , PRI , CSS revival and Expansion targets.
- Ensure best in class customer service by addressing customer related issues such as pricing, accounts reconciliation , delivery and availability.
- Works for his assigned accounts to help in sell out ANI products and execution of the territory Painter meet and Demand Generation plan ( Classic Contractors)
- Resolves product related issues in the market by applying personal product / application expertise or referring the Cos technical personnel for follow up.
Compensation details: Rs. 15000 p.m. stipend for a period of two months. Post successful completion of training, CTC of 3LPA would be applicable.
Any Bond: A bond has to be signed for a period of 1 year during which the candidate will be on probation.
