Air India is inviting applications from eligible candidates for the post of Graduate Engineer Trainee – Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (280 Posts) and Engineering Support Services (102 Posts) with valid GATE score of 80% and above across India. Salary :
- Engineering Support Services : Stipend of Rs 25k per month for a year during training. After completion of training , successful candidates will be taken as Assistant Engineer with salary ranging from 40k per month to 55k per month.
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer : Stipend of Rs 25k per month for a year during training. Salary would go upto Rs 1,28,000 per month in 3 years.
Eligibility Criteria :
Educational Qualification ( as on 1 July 2016 ) :
- Engineering Support Services :
- Candidates with BE / BTech Degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication / Industrial / Production / Chemical Engineering or its equivalent from a Govt recognised Institute / University
- Valid GATE score of 80% and higher
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer :
- Candidates with BE / BTech Degree in Mechanical / Aeronautical / Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications / Instrumentation / Electronics & Communication or its equivalent from a Govt recognised Institute / University
- Valid GATE score of 80% and higher
Age Limit (as on 1 July 2016 ) :
- Engineering Support Services : Maximum 28 years
- Aircraft Maintenance Engineer : Maximum 28 years
Selection Process :
- Shortlisted candidates will be called up by Management on or after 15 November 2016 for Interview for final selection
