Selection process at the Campus:
An introduction about our organization, purpose and process of selection would be discussed with the students followed by group interaction, written communication test and a formal HR interview.
Job Responsibilities:-
- The job involves Server monitoring, Workstation/Hardware monitoring, Network monitoring, backup monitoring for corporate clients and manage relationship with clients.
- Work as a central point of contact for all technical support teams and provide up-to-date information for on-going incidents/alerts.
- SPOC for each and every business critical issue and resolve technical issues through Incident Management System.
- Will be providing solution by Remote Infrastructure support delivery through remote desktop connectivity applications.
