Role Overview
As a new graduate engineer, you will join a team working on complex software and financial infrastructure problems. Stripe expects engineers to learn unfamiliar systems, contribute to meaningful projects and use sound judgement while building solutions for a large business user base.
- Build software solutions for problems that may not have a clear precedent.
- Work with teammates on multi-person coding projects in a university or professional setting.
- Learn unfamiliar systems through independent research, mentoring and discussions with subject matter experts.
- Contribute to projects across frontend, backend, infrastructure or other technical areas.
- Use AI tools to accelerate development, while reviewing and validating their outputs carefully.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a directly related field, obtained by summer 2027, or equivalent work experience.

- Experience with programming through side projects or classwork.
- Experience from previous internships or collaborative coding projects involving multiple people in a university or professional setting.
- Candidates should be able to work from the Bengaluru office as required. Stripe Delivery Center roles in Bengaluru work 100% from the office; requirements may vary by team and will be discussed by the hiring manager.
