Role Overview
The Junior Associate will work at the intersection of research, knowledge management and life sciences consulting support. The role involves helping leaders and project teams prepare for project kick-offs and meetings while improving the firm’s internal knowledge infrastructure.
- Research information across multiple therapeutic areas and convert it into relevant insights.
- Apply logical frameworks to organise unstructured information for project use.
- Collate, organise and share external research and collective firm knowledge.
- Support global project teams, practice areas, consultants and firm members with timely information.
- Work with Microsoft SharePoint, Power Apps and Workflows to support business requirements.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- An MBA, postgraduate/master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in pharma, biotechnology or a related life sciences field would be a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain, manage and develop the firm’s knowledge infrastructure.
- Support the creation and updating of knowledge assets used by the organisation.
- Engage with firm members and consultants across the globe to help prepare project kick-off and meeting materials.
- Maintain and support projects related to the company intranet on Microsoft SharePoint.
- Update process-related Standard Operating Procedures for the relevant functions.
- Use the basic SharePoint Online modern user interface to create and maintain business support tools.
- Use Power Apps and Workflows to develop applications for internal business needs.
- Provide research and information support to leaders, project teams and practice areas.
