Role Overview
As a NATA Trainee, you will undergo process training and build subject matter knowledge before handling client requests and assigned operational work. The role involves applying departmental procedures accurately, meeting quality and productivity measures, and working with internal and onshore partners.
- Review client requests and identify the correct processing steps.
- Refer to departmental guides and research applicable procedures before completing work.
- Keep managers informed about critical matters and take ownership of assigned tasks.

- Learn newer work types as scheduled and apply feedback to improve accuracy.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- MBA in Finance.
