Role Overview
As part of ZS’s Business Technology group, the Associate will work with internal teams and clients to turn complex business requirements into practical technology solutions. The role combines business analysis, technical design, software development support and project delivery across client engagements.
- Analyse business problems and convert them into clear technical designs.
- Support the development and implementation of technology solutions for clients.
- Work with development teams to interpret requirements and deliver features using suitable methodologies.
- Contribute to quality-focused delivery through testing, reviews and structured implementation planning.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, MIS or a related field.
- Academic excellence is expected.
- Candidates with 0–3+ years of relevant professional experience in delivering small- or medium-scale technology solutions can apply.
- Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorisation for their intended country of employment.
- Travel to other offices or client locations may be required based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with ZS internal teams and client teams to shape and implement high-quality technology solutions.
- Understand business problems thoroughly and translate them into effective technical designs.
- Design and implement technical features using best practices for the relevant technology stack.
- Assist during the development phase of client technology engagements and help resolve implementation issues.
- Apply appropriate development approaches, including agile, waterfall, system integration testing, client reviews, embedded quality assurance and unit testing.
- Guide team members in preparing comprehensive project implementation plans.
- Work closely with development teams to accurately interpret and implement business requirements.
Skills Required
- Proficiency in relational database management system concepts and SQL.
- Programming knowledge in Python.
