Role Overview
As a Project Analyst / Business Analyst, you will support digital transformation initiatives by assisting in requirement gathering, documentation, testing coordination, and project tracking. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure project requirements are properly documented and executed.
Fresh graduates will gain exposure to IT project management, ServiceNow implementations, and enterprise business analysis processes.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have a degree in:

• BCA
• MCA
• MBA (Information Systems preferred)
Experience:

Key Responsibilities
• Assist in stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions
• Create process documentation and workflow diagrams
• Develop and maintain user stories and product backlog in Jira
• Track project status and maintain project logs
• Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with stakeholders
• Perform basic data analysis and create reports in Excel and PowerPoint
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) coordination and documentation
• Maintain project documentation and change logs
Required Skills
