Role Overview
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will work directly with Qualys customers and partners to resolve technical issues related to cloud-based security applications.
The role involves troubleshooting, coordinating with internal engineering teams, and ensuring customers receive timely and effective solutions. You will gain hands-on exposure to cybersecurity tools, vulnerability management platforms, and enterprise networking environments.
Eligibility & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related field
• 0–2+ years of experience in technical support or IT support
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, OSI model)
• Working knowledge of Linux/Unix or Windows systems
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work in 24/7 rotational shifts
