Eligibility Criteria:
- Professional graduate in either streams like B. Tech/B.E, BSC(Statistics)
- Excellent communication skills
- A minimum academic score of 60% in 10th and 12th
- A min score of 60% in Graduation
- Only 2020 pass-outs are eligible
- Preferred candidates those who have completed the course in Data Analytics / Machine learning / Python / R skills
Skills Required / Personality Traits:
- Knowledge about basics of data analytics
- Strong and solid mathematical aptitude
- Ability to analyze and document complex business processes
- Ability to think analytically and should be a problem solver in any condition
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are essential.
- Advanced skills in Excel /SAS /R would be preferred
- Good attitude and willingness to learn and should be a team player
- Organizing skills
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ensure Data Veracity as per problem brief
- Hypothesis building and model development
- Ensure Statistical Hygiene
- Hands on with programming/modelling and visualization tools
- Willing to learn new things and experiment to get to the best solution
Selection Process:
Online test includes MCQ & comprehension test followed by technical discussion and HR discussion
- Level 1: Online Test (MCQ and Comprehension)
- Level 2: Technical Interview
- Level 3: HR discussion
Important Note:
- Online test will be live from 9:00 AM on 30th January’2021 till 9:00 PM
- Shortlisted candidates from the test should be available for the further interview process (Online Interviews)
- Candidates from 2020 graduation batch should be available for immediate joining
