Eligibility Criteria:

• Fresher & Experienced candidates (18-45 years of age)
• Only Graduates are eligible
  
• Knowledge of basics of computer- MS Office(Word/Excel/Power Point) preferred
• CA, CS, PGDM, MSc IT, M.Tech, MBA, MCA etc. (or equivalent) are NOT eligible
• Candidates pursuing any regular course or any of the above course are NOT eligible
• BE/B.TECH (Only EEE, CSE, ECE and Instrumentation) are eligible

Technical & Client Support Specialist :-

• Technical Support Associates for Asia Pacific Customers
• Should be able to analyze issues of customers & provide solutions ensuring customer satisfaction
• Solving Hardware & Software Issues
• Technical Trouble-shooting for Asia Pacific customers over the phone (INBOUND, NO SALES)
• Candidate should be excellent in Spoken English & Hindi
• Candidates should be ready to work 5 days/week with 2 Week Offs (rotational)
• Predominantly DAY SHIFT (9am-9pm); should be ready to work in late evening shifts, basis business requirement.
