Position : Graduate Sales Trainee
Salary : Rs 4.2 LPA { Target Annual C.T.C includes Fixed C.T.C : 3.00 LPA + Performance based variable C.T.C : 1.20 LPA. A high performer can aim for a CTC of upto 4.2 L in the first year after probation }
Eligibility Criteria :
- Any B.E/B.Tech graduate with aptitude for Sales and desire for a career in Business Development.
- As a company operating in the high end of the education cycle, we require smart, result focused candidates with a business orientation.
- The company offers rigorous training in areas of Sales, Customer Communication and Business Fundamentals.
Selection Process :
- Online tests : The online tests will consist of 1 application form and 2 psychometric tests. The candidates will have to take the online tests in college, under the concerned college office supervision. Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for pre- placement presentation and subsequent interviews.
- Pre – Placement presentation and 1st round of Interview : Based on the test results, the venue for recruitment drive will be fixed.
- 2nd round of interview and Job Offer : Candidates qualifying from the 1st round of interviews will be invited for 2nd round to our Chennai office. Based on performance, job offers will be made.
