Position : Trainee – Software Development for Applications team
Salary : First 6 months- Trainee at ‘Level-1’ , Post 6 months- ‘Level-2’
CTC Details: The candidate will be hired at ‘Level 1’ for 6 months at INR 120000/- per annum. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects. The candidate will be moved to ‘Level 2’ after 6 months at INR 180000/- per annum. Bond Period: 24 Months, incase of default an amount of INR 1,00,000 in full will be recovered from the employee.

Eligibility Criteria :
- 2014 / 15 Batch BA / BSc / Diploma
- Minimum 60% marks in graduation
- The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
- The students should be flexible to get allocated to any of MphasiS operating locations
- The students should be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards
