Position/Designation:
- First 6 months- Trainee ‘Level-1‘
- Post 6 months- Trainee Software Engineer ‘Level-2‘
Job Profile: The candidate will be deployed as the part of the Applications Team.
Salary/CTC Details:
- The candidate will be hired at ‘Level 1’ for 6 months at INR 120000/-. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
- The candidate will be moved to ‘Level 2’ after 6 months at INR 250000/-

Desired Profile:
- Cut of 60% marks in their graduation.
- Year Of Passing is 2014.
- B.E./ B. Tech (Computer Science/ Information Technology/ Electronics and Communication)
- The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
- The students need to be flexible to get allocated to any MphasiS operating location
- The students need to be flexible to take up any technology and the work shift timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards
Bond Period: 24 Months, incase of default an amount of INR 1,00,000 will be recovered from the employee.
