Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written
- Excellent comprehension skill & Interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding on Windows OS, Antivirus and other third party software
- Tendency to troubleshoot and find the root cause of an issue by own research
- Knowledge on windows troubleshooting and third party softwares
- Basic WIFI network configuration and browser related issue
- Knowledge to troubleshoot Abreast of latest malware, spywares related issues
- Should be available to operate in a 24/7 work environment
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastic, Motivated and pro-active individuals to provide Remote infrastructure support
- Flexible to work on 24×7 shifts
- Ability Learn New & Emerging Technologies (Malware and windows troubleshooting).
- Taken ownership of tickets and provide 100% resolution to customers
- Should follow client process and policies meticulously
- Handling multiple tickets to attain service level
