Tata Consultancy Services is looking for a young, dynamic intern to re-imagine workplaces and apply game elements for the internal and external Enterprise processes. Games can be initially relevant to Learning & Development programs, HR initiatives and later on extend-able to regular day-to-day project tasks.
Job Location: Chennai
Stipend: Paid
Objectives:
- Develop games for employees which would make the workplace engaging and influence positive behaviour
- Provide an immersive workplace experience for Employees
- Gauge employee interests and ‘needs” at workplace and work out a plan to address it
Requirements:
- Prior exposure or experience in developing games
- Awareness of the Software development lifecycle
- Comfortable with online and social media
- BE or MCA or MBA degree students or students pursuing one of those
