About Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS):
The magnificence of Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has stood over 40 years. Working on international testing models like the ETS model, the Institute conducts a wide spectrum of activities in personnel selection both for promotion within and recruitment and selection from outside the organization. The Institute has the capability of testing simultaneously as many as 1 million candidates in 2000 venues across 200 centers (cities) in one session.
The online examination for the next Common Recruitment Process for selection of personnel for Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee posts in the Participating Organisations listed below is tentatively scheduled in October 2014. Any eligible candidate, who aspires to join any of the Participating Organisations listed at (A) as a Probationary Officer/ Management Trainee or in a similar post in that cadre, is required to register for the Common Recruitment Process (CWE
PO/MT-IV).

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
Candidates, intending to apply for CWE PO/MT-IV should ensure that they fulfil the minimum eligibility criteria specified by IBPS :
Age (As on 01.07.2014):
Minimum: 20 years Maximum: 30 years
i.e. a candidate must have been born not earlier than 02.07.1984 and not later than 01.07.1994 (both dates inclusive)
Educational Qualifications:
A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government. The candidate must possess valid Mark-sheet / Degree Certificate that he/ she is a graduate on the day he / she registers and indicate the percentage of marks obtained in Graduation while registering online. www.apuzz.com
Application Fees/ Intimation Charges: [Payable from 22.07.2014 to11.08.2014 (Online payment) and 24.07.2014 to 14.08.2014 (Offline payment) both dates inclusive] shall be as follows
– Rs. 100/- for SC/ST/PWD candidates.
– Rs. 600 /- for all others
Penalty for Wrong Answers (Negative Marking Scheme For IBPS PO Exam):
There will be penalty for wrong answers marked in the Objective Tests. For each question for which a wrong answer has been given by the candidate one fourth or 0.25 of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as penalty to arrive at corrected score. If a question is left blank, i.e. no answer is marked by the candidate, there will be no penalty for that question.
IBPS PO Cut off Score 2014:
Each candidate will be required to obtain a minimum score in each test and also a minimum total score to be considered to be shortlisted for interview. Depending on the number of vacancies available, cutoffs will be decided and candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Prior to the completion of the interview process, scores obtained in the online examination will not be shared with the candidates shortlisted for interview.
IBPS CALL LETTERS 2014 -15:
The Centre, venue address, date and time for examination and interview shall be intimated in the respective Call Letter. An eligible candidate should download his/her call letter from the IBPS website www.ibps.in by entering his/ her details i.e. Registration Number and Password/Date of Birth. No hard copy of the call letter/ Information Handout etc. will be sent by post/ courier after 1 october 2014
CWE PO/MT-IV – ONLINE EXAMINATION PATTERN:
I. The structure of the Examination which will be conducted online is as follows:
Reasoning: 50 Marks
English Language: 40 Marks
Quantitative Aptitude: 50 Marks
General Awareness(with special reference to Banking Industry): 40 Marks
Computer Knowledge: 20 Marks
Total: 200 Marks
Composite time of Duration : 2 hours
The above tests except the Test of English Language will be available bilingually, i.e. English and Hindi.

Candidates will have click on “CLICK HERE FOR NEW REGISTRATION” to register their application by entering their basic information in the online application form. After that a provisional registration number and password will be generated by the system and displayed on the screen. Candidate should note down the Provisional registration number and password. An Email & SMS indicating the Provisional Registration number and Password will also be sent.
