Eligibility Criteria :
- Educational Qualification : Any Graduate (BE/B.Tech / Arts and Science-Any stream) / Under Graduate (2015 / 2014 or previous year Passed outs) / candidates with backlogs up to 4 papers can also apply / Diploma holders(10+2+2 only).
- Experience : 0 to 4 years [ Freshers and Experienced both are eligible ]
- Note : Experienced candidates are preferred
- Skill set required:
- Excellent Communication Skills with neutral accent.
- Immediate joining required.
- Willing to Work in Night/ Rotational Shifts.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts required for broadband related to trouble shooting.
Job Description :
- Trouble shooting for Broadband related issues.
- Setting up wireless connection on Laptops and Desktops.
- Connectivity issues with ops Modem, Routers, Hubs and Switches.
- Dealing with network connectivity LAN , WAN and MAN
- Checking the exchange line issues / outages / fixing appointment with the technician at UK.
- Inbound Customer service, general information related to customers account/billing query etc.
- Information related to customer order for new connection.
