Job Description :
Systems Support Associate would be performing Provisioning & De-Provisioning on different Applications. Should have basic knowledge of Networking concepts or preferable on Active Directory. Required working 24*7 environments in different rotating shifts and majorly in US Day hours.
Role Responsibilities :
- Basic knowledge on Active Directory & networking concepts.
- Troubleshoots network access problems and implements network security policies and procedures.
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
- Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
- Good working knowledge and demonstrated ability utilizing systems, tools and procedures to accomplish job.
- Builds deeper understanding of processes, procedures, customers and organization.
- Should have excellent communication skills & willing to work 24*7 in various shifts.
