Position/Designation: Junior Associate – IT
Compensation/Salary: Initially 6 months stipend would be INR Rs. 10000/- per month. On the successful completion of training of 6 months, salary would be INR Rs. 16,500/- per month for a year. Yearly incentive INR Rs. 25000/-. Total Package: INR Rs. 2.30 LPA.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Eligible Stream :B.Tech(CS/IT) & MCA
- Batch: 2014 passing out
- Eligibility: Minimum 60% and above in 10th, 12th and B.E/B.Tech, No active backlogs. Must have good Communication Skills.
Selection Process:
- Pre-Placement talk
- Aptitude & Technical test followed by two technical rounds, HR Rounds.
Service Agreement:
Selected candidates should be willing to provide a 2 year commitment to the company.
The fresher joining Daffodil will have to enter into a service agreement for a period of two Year.
They cannot leave Daffodil during this period. They need to submit a cheque of INR. Rs. 1.50 Lakh with Daffodil.
This cheque will be returned after the completion of their 2 year with Daffodil.
Terms & Conditions: The students will be on probation period for 6 months from the date of their joining.
