Eligibility Criteria :
- Year of Passing Out : 2015 & 2016 Batch
- Degree : BE / BTech { includes BSc (Physics/ Maths/ Statistics) for Wintel-OS }
- Percentage Criteria : Minimum 60% throughout academics
Skills & Certifications Required :
- For Infrastructure Services :
- Should have either been trained on CCNA course, or network technologies from an institute of repute and acknowledged by Capgemini AND/OR should have few months (but less than a year) experience/ exposure working on network technologies.
- Cisco certification would be highly desired but not essentially mandatory.
- Willingness to work in 24X7 rotational shifts is mandatory and must be explicitly checked.
- Willingness to work from any Capgemini location in existence today or future locations.
- Good communication skills – written and oral.
- For Wintel-OS / Windows Fresher :
- Willingness to work in 24X7 rotational shifts is mandatory and must be explicitly checked.
- Windows Sys Admin
- Supporting more than 1500 Windows servers.
- Administration of Windows 2k\2k3 OS
- Administration of Active directory & Network related services like DNS,DHCP , Managing ESX, ITIL,
- Managing Virtual Machines using VMWARE virtual center & Hyper V
- Supporting users spread across different geographies ( worldwide )
- Managing Virtual Machines using VMWARE virtual center
