About BSNL Recruitment 2016 of Graduate Engineer / Technician Apprentice for Assam Circle :
BSNL Assam Telecom Circle assam.bsnl.co.in is inviting eligible candidates for the post of Apprentice Trainee ( Graduate Engineer Apprentice – 05 Posts for Engineering graduates and Diploma Holder Apprentice – 45 posts Engineering diploma ). The apprenticeship will be held in Assam Circle. Candidates are requested to download the application form and send the duly filled form on or before to the address given in the end. The last date to receive the application is 31 March 2016.
Definition: An “Apprentice” means a person who is undergoing Apprentice training in pursuance of a contract of apprenticeship

Stipend :
- Graduate Engineer Apprentice : Rs 4984 / month
- Diplima Holder Apprentice : Rs 3542 / month
Eligibility Criteria :
A) Graduate Engineer Apprentice : 05 Posts
Educational qualification :
The applicant must possess a B.E/B.Tech degree from a recognized engineering college/ university in anyone of the following disciplines.
- Telecommunication,
- Electronics,
- Radio,
- Computer,
- Electrical.
- IT (Information Technology)
- Instrumentation
- OR M.Sc (Electronics)/M.Sc.(Computer Science) from a recognized institution/university
B) Diploma Holder Apprentice : 45 Posts
Educational qualification : The applicant must possess Three years Engineering Diploma in Telecommunication/Electronics/Electrical/Radio/ComputerEngineering ,Instrumentation, Information Technology from a Central Govt./State Govt. recognized institution or B.Sc (Electronics)/(Computer Science) in Electronics from a recognized institution/university.
Age Limit : Minimum 18 years and Maximum 30 years
Selection Process :
- Candidates must apply in the prescribed form only. The prescribed application form is included in this advertisement. Legible print out of Application (only on one side of paper) on A4 size paper (30 cms x 20 cms) may be taken.
- As limited vacancies are available, eligible candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of merit in the academic examinations (i.e. BE/B.Tech/Diploma).
- The provisional selection shall be made from amongst the candidates on the basis of no. of seats, merit, reservation, etc
